Job Description

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design, implement, and manage websites using the WordPress platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating custom themes, plugins, and optimizing the performance of WordPress websites to meet client and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development: Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality and responsiveness.
Custom Themes and Plugins: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to extend website functionality.
Content Management: Collaborate with content creators to integrate and manage content within the WordPress CMS.
Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve website issues, including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services with WordPress.
Code Maintenance: Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to coding standards.
Updates and Security: Manage WordPress updates, backups, and security measures to ensure website integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress-based e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization tools (e.g., caching plugins, CDN integration).
- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
