Job Description

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile designer with expertise in both UI/UX design and front-end development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences, develop visual designs, and implement them into functional code. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality designs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, from wireframes and prototypes to final visual designs.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure the best user experience.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency in visual elements, typography, color schemes, and user interactions across all products.
  • Front-End Development: Convert visual designs into high-quality, responsive front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless development process.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and workflows to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Branding: Work with the marketing and branding teams to maintain the brand’s visual identity across digital products.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize designs and front-end code for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques to improve design processes and development standards.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
    • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Knowledge of user testing methods and tools such as Hotjar or UsabilityHub.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
    • Experience with animation or motion design tools like After Effects or Principle.
