Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, be proficient in design software, and possess an eye for detail. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, by hand or using software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will work closely with marketing and other departments to produce a variety of designs for both print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design creative and visually appealing designs for various projects such as websites, social media graphics, brochures, logos, advertisements, presentations, and branding materials.
• Branding: Assist in creating and maintaining the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and media.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to ensure that designs align with brand messaging and objectives.
• Photo Editing: Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other visual assets to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Layout Design: Prepare layouts and designs for printed and digital media, ensuring that final designs are visually balanced and easy to read.
• Concept Development: Create design concepts based on creative briefs and client requirements.
• Typography: Utilize appropriate typography and color schemes to enhance design compositions.
• File Management: Maintain organized design files, ensuring that all work is archived and backed up for future use.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into designs.
• Feedback Integration: Revise and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Web and UI Design: Experience designing for web, mobile apps, and user interfaces.
  • Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Social Media Design: Experience designing for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • 3D Design: Familiarity with 3D design tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Print Production: Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation for printing.
